As Houston has become a destination point for some of America's top corporations, Joseph brings his relocation knowledge to the table. Before beginning his career in real estate, Joseph, a former Hollywood actor and entrepreneur at heart, started a healthcare staffing firm where he worked first-hand with some of the largest healthcare systems in the country. In doing so, he successfully provided hundreds of careers for healthcare employees nationwide. Yet, his passion for real estate took priority upon becoming involved in many renovation and investment property opportunities. Thereby, Joseph pivoted his entrepreneurial spirit into becoming a licensed Realtor in two states. Carol Rowley began her real estate career many years ago when she joined DeForest Realty in Georgia. After moving to Houston she worked for prominent real estate and tax attorneys and later joined Bolin Development Corp. where she worked in the commercial real estate sector. As a 10+ Year Top Producer, Carol has been recognized by the Houston Business Journal as one of Houston's Top 25 Individual Realtors in all of Houston. Her perseverance is shown through her tireless work with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, where she has dedicated more than 20 years in the search for a cure for this disease. Carol was recently selected as an honoree for the JDRF Promise Ball where she was presented with the Living and Giving Award for her advocacy, leadership and commitment. JDRF selected Carol as Chair of the JDRF Children's Congress, a national event in Washington, DC created to lobby the government for additional funding. As the Chair, she worked personally with 200 families representing all 50 states in order to introduce them to their Congressmen and United States Senators. She not only provides service to the Houston community, but also individuals throughout the United States.

Texas has been my Home-Sweet-Home since 2007 when I was welcomed as a student at the University of Houston from Burkina Faso . I since fell in love with the City of Houston. Those who met for the first time will describe me as charismatic, hospitable, hardworking and trustworthy. My friends will add that Carine loves her Christian Catholic Faith and love simple moments of sharing a good coffee. My family will say of me that I am dependable, a book worm and loving.
After completing my ESL classes at UH on my arrival, I pursued an education in Hospitality Management through which I was blessed with a multi level experience type of service and geared me to be successful working with people. I proudly served the Hilton Hotel at UH, Holly Hall Retirement Community Dining Services. Taking on the team management of 30+employees at Granduca Hotel for 4 years and later the Brazos Presbyterians Homes 5 years, I felt confident to take on a journey of being a business owner.
With my husband's support, I opened and ran Dining Staff,LLC to serve the staffing needs of the hospitality business operations. I served proudly the Houston Country Club, The River Oaks Country Club, the Hallmark, BPHI,The Bell Tower, and local caterers. I grew resilience and appreciation in team work more than ever.

Native Houstonian Caroline Bean credits her upbringing for her excellent eye for a home’s potential. Caroline’s mother, an interior designer, and her stepfather, a builder, influenced her appreciation for architectural detail, particularly in new construction homes.
Detailed, punctual, organized and technologically-savvy, Caroline is a planner in everything that she does. Prior to her career in residential real estate, Caroline worked in client relations and sales. “Interacting directly with my company’s clients taught me the importance of excellent customer service and honed my communication skills. She has a broad-based knowledge of Houston having lived here in a near town neighborhood raising her own now adult daughter, married to her Houston native husband for over 35 years! Bend counties as well!
