Peggie has been giving exceptional service to her clients for over 3 decades providing expert opinions and assistance to not only Area Residents but many out-of-state and International Xpat relocating clients as well! She has a broad-based knowledge of Houston having lived here in a near-town neighborhood raising her now adult daughter, married to her Houston native husband for over 35 years! She has closed transactions in and around the Houston metropolitan area including River Oaks, Tanglewood, Memorial, West University, Southside Place, and nearly all of Harris, Montgomery, and Ft. Bend counties! Her practice of providing no no-nonsense advice and attention to the details has won her the repeat and referral business of her client base and her affiliation with the Women's Council of Realtors Texas as a National & a State officer adding to her already very credible reputation in the industry! She gives back to her industry with her involvement as a Major Investor to the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee and is a President's Circle Member as well. Peggie serves on the Texas Realtors® and the Houston Association of Realtors® Boards as a Director. She also serves her community through several other organizations as well, including as a member of the School Art Auction, and International Committees of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Peggie was an instructor for the University of Houston Small Business Development Center for over 16 years, Past President of her Toastmasters Club where she earned a Platinum status, and an occasional speaker and panelist at various business and real estate events. Her BS in Real Estate and MA in Human Sciences are both from University of Houston as well. She speaks conversational Spanish and greatly enjoys meeting new people and making connections and building relationships!
