Carol Rowley began her real estate career many years ago when she joined DeForest Realty in Georgia. After moving to Houston she worked for prominent real estate and tax attorneys and later joined Bolin Development Corp. where she worked in the commercial real estate sector. As a 10+ Year Top Producer, Carol has been recognized by the Houston Business Journal as one of Houston's Top 25 Individual Realtors in all of Houston. During her years in Houston she's lived in the West University, Southgate, Bellaire, Braes Heights and the Galleria area, giving her first hand knowledge of the Houston market. Raising 3 children and volunteering at West U Elementary, River Oaks Baptist School, Lanier Middle School and Lamar High School, immersed Carol in a wonderful community of people and a greater connection and understanding of the town she adores. Her perseverance is shown through her tireless work with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, where she has dedicated more than 20 years in the search for a cure for this disease. Carol was recently selected as an honoree for the JDRF Promise Ball where she was presented with the Living and Giving Award for her advocacy, leadership and commitment. JDRF selected Carol as Chair of the JDRF Children's Congress, a national event in Washington, DC created to lobby the government for additional funding. As the Chair, she worked personally with 200 families representing all 50 states in order to introduce them to their Congressmen and United States Senators. She not only provides service to the Houston community, but also individuals throughout the United States.
