Native Houstonian Caroline Bean credits her upbringing for her excellent eye for a home’s potential. Caroline’s mother, an interior designer, and her stepfather, a builder, influenced her appreciation for architectural detail, particularly in new construction homes.
Detailed, punctual, organized and technologically-savvy, Caroline is a planner in everything that she does. She enjoys working with her clients and her communication skills are exemplary. “A home purchase or sale is an important milestone in most people’s lives. I take my clients’ trust in me to guide them to a successful closing very seriously.”
Prior to her career in residential real estate, Caroline worked in client relations and sales. “Interacting directly with my company’s clients taught me the importance of excellent customer service and honed my communication skills. I learned to go above and beyond to serve my clients, and I know that this has helped me as a real estate agent.”
First-time home buyers, new construction sales, resales, relocation sellers and buyers – Caroline doesn’t limit herself to one type of sale. She was “Rookie of the Year” when she began her career at Greenwood King and has been a consistent top producer every year since.
Caroline graduated from Episcopal High School and earned a degree in business marketing from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. During college, she interned every summer for a variety of businesses including a Goldman Sachs office and PaperCity newspaper.
Even with her busy schedule, Caroline finds time to volunteer for a number of organizations. She is a member of the American Cancer Society/ Victory and the Ambassadors for Texas Children's Hospital. Click here
