I just ran a quick search and there were 14 owner financed homes actively for sale in the Tomball area starting from $125,000 to $1.1M. If you are using any other criteria, maybe try removing them so you can see exactly what is there. You can also get on some investor groups on facebook such as Houston Real Estate Investors. There are quite a few of these options that may never hit the MLS. You can also try local BB&B Facebook groups as well. Just tell them what you are looking for. I agree with other comments as well, talk to a real estate attorney before you get into a Owner Finance situation.

HAR does have an owner-financing search option. While you're considering owner-financed properties, I'd strongly suggest visiting with a seasoned financial advisor beforehand to make sure you're make the best decision possible for your overall financial health. If you do still decide to move forward, ask your real estate agent for the names of some experienced real estate attorneys. These can be tricky loans, and you'll want some professionals on your side!

Hello Joseph, as a consumer you have the option of searching for owner financed homes on HAR. If you click the tiny blue text at the bottom of the search screen that says ("More filters for Houston Area *(Finance Options, Parking Space)" it will open up the dialogue for additional filters and under the "Finance considered" option, you'll see owner financing is the first option on the list - I've just tried it and it returned an extremely long list.
