Hey Elodia!Great Question, Typically, no. When a property is in pending status, it means it's under contract with another buyer, and the seller isn't showing it during this period. It can be disheartening for a buyer to tour a home they love but can't purchase because it's already under contract. However, I would suggest liking the image through the app so that your are notified on this property's status. Hope this helps feel free to reach out at 832-696-8100.

Normally No. If the status is Pending Cont To Show then the seller is allowing additional showing. Pending continue to show means that the seller wants to continue to show the house to other buyers in case the current contract falls through.

Youll need special permission from the listing agent. They may be accepting backup offers.

Elodia! Great question! Typically no. This is because the pending status means that the home is under contract with another buyer and the seller has decided not to show during this time. It also might be heartbreaking for a buyer to tour a home that they love but cant buy because it is already under contract. If I were you, Id do two things here: 1. Have your agent reach out to the listing agent to express interest and let you know if anything with the current contract becomes shaky. And 2. Select the property as a favorite in your HAR app, so that you are notified of any changes in status and can jump on it right away if the current contracted buyer falls through! Now side note here, if you see the status pending continue to show you can most definitely tour this home! Just keep in mind, it is under contract with another buyer, and you could be left disappointed that you cant have it. Typically only inspection appointments and final walk throughs are allowed once a property goes under contract. If the status is 'Pending Cont To Show' then the seller is allowing additional showing appointments and you could go see it but this happens less often.

Yes. But you should see how far along they are in the process so check with the agent 1st. Also keep in mind that getting approved requires more due diligence from lenders so its typically less likely for mishaps. Hope that helps!!
