Hey J, Great Question. The photos are associated with the listing and are the property of the listing agent. Consumers cannot remove them; only the listing agent has the authority to delete listing photos. However, if there's a genuine need, consumers can reach out to HAR to make a request. Hope this helps, feel free to rach out at 832-696-8100.

You need to contact your Listing agent, If listing still is on the market your realtor can remove the pictures. If you are not a realtor you cant . Har wants photos for accuracy. They stay with the listing after closing.

The photos remain with that listing. They belong to the listing and listing agent. Consumers can not remove photos. Only the listing agent have authority to delete their listing photos. However, consumers can contact HAR if there is a serious need to request. The photos should be deleted prior to terminating the listing, otherwise this process cannot be done.

J Greene! Great question, I get this one all the time! Aside from contacting the listing agent and having them get in touch with HAR to take the photos down, the article below will help you to get them off of the most popular third party sites also (Zillow.com, Realtor.com, Redfin.com, etc.)! Feel free to reach out to me anytime if you need anything further! Codysellsproperty@gmail.com 346-412-6603

From your post it appears that you are a consumer and not an agent. So I will answer accordingly. To remove photos from your home listing, first, check if the agent is still at the same brokerage. If yes, ask the agent directly to remove the photos. If the agent has moved to a new brokerage and didn't transfer the listing, contact the current brokerage for assistance in removing the photos.

If you are not a realtor you cant. Har wants photos for accuracy . They stay with the listing for pretty much always. You can not remove them. If you are a realtor and its your listing just go into add edit and delete them. If its not your listing you can not delete them. Good luck.

Are you removing pictures that you put online? If so go to the area on har where you enter them and it gives you the option to remove them.

This can be tricky depending on who the listing agent was. Especially if it was new construction. I ran into this before where I had a law enforcement officer that was very specific about not having pics and room locations up for safety purposes. First, I would ask the listing agent to remove them. Or at least remove all but 6 and then make those 6 whatever pics you would like. Keep in mind, the pics are on tens of thousands of websites. Changing them in one place doesn't immediately change them everywhere.

Glad to help. First go in to Matrix and choose Add/Edit from the top. Select the listing you want to make changes to. It will give you a list of actions and choose Change Photos and when you are on the page with the photos if there are any certain photos you want to delete check the box or if you want to delete all then check the Check All box. Below the photos click on delete and it will ask you if you want to delete the photo and then click OK. When you are finished don't forget to Certify/Save.
