Nikoya Jones is an experienced professional with business consulting, real estate and negotiation experience. She is also a renewable energy professional, with experience working in the Oil & Gas and Manufacturing industries. Her interest with real estate began when she worked in property management throughout undergraduate school. Nikoya is well versed and experienced in commercial real estate. She has completed upward 102 commercial real estate transactions for 3 major Oil & Gas manufacturing companies throughout the nation within the past 3 years; 57 in the state of Texas. Nevertheless, her passion remains on the residential spectrum of real estate and is now her primary focus.
