For the sake of your buyers best interest, yes potentially. If issues do arise and the buyer requests repairs, without sending the overview of findings you have an unsupported written repair request that may not be addressed. If your client has inquired if the seller will recieve the report or has asked for them to see it, I would submit it. The seller can decline, but at the end of the transaction at least you know if you did as the buyer requested they cannot place any confusion on your due diligence.\n
Such a relevant question here. I would start off with building safety features. Tighter building security related to accessing the building and classroom area. Making automated locking barriers in the event of an emergency. Of course more can always be done. We should never stop to rethink options amd protocols.
Mollie, this is a relevant and valid question! Co-signing along with your FIL might be a beneficial route for all of the monetary contributors of your family home. I\'d advise you to work with a mortgage professional along with your agent to consult with you on the best strategy for your approach. \n\nIf you should need an agent, feel free to contact me 24/7. If I can not help you in the area you seek I am happy to refer you to the best team in your area. \n\nNikoya Jones, Realtor\nFathom Realty\n832.294.3367\n\n\n
