Your listing agreement is mutual, and if they are unresponsive you can move on. I\'d find a proactive, responsive listing agent, one that promotes and does due diligence with your best interest first. Just an FYI, examine all parts of the existing listing agreement and make sure your description is clear, pictures are quality and that the agent can be contacted in multiple ways- not just by phone.

If you have not had a single showing maybe you should contact your agent and ask to see all of the inquiries pertaining to your listing. That may show you if the listing has received followed up engagement- meaning interest from potential buyers whom have been contacted in return, or if buyers have simply not responded to the current listing, period. \n\nThe market does slow down during the fall/holiday season, but that may have not been too much of an issue with your particular property.
