Nikoya Jones is an experienced professional with over 12 years of consulting and negotiation experience. As your Realtor her focus is to assist you beyond your expectations when it comes to buying, selling, building or leasing residential or commercial property. She listens to her clients needs diligently and acts promptly, while emanating encouragement and inspiration during potentially stressful times. She aims to provide exceptional care and due diligence for her clientele. She comes to real estate with a rich background in the Oil and Gas/Manufacturing industry. While there she worked in procurement, specifically with acquisitions and category management. Her interest with real estate began when she worked in property management throughout undergraduate school and is where her love song with helping families find a home began. Nikoya is well versed and experienced in commercial real estate. She has completed upward 102 commercial real estate transactions for 3 major Oil & Gas manufacturing companies throughout the nation within the past 3 years; 57 in the state of Texas. Nevertheless, her passion remains on the residential spectrum of real estate and is now her primary focus. Nikoya holds a B.A. in Psychology from Tuskegee University and a M.Div. from The ITC.
