DUPLEX's off ALLISON RD...If you don't care that this location is zoned to HORRIBLE schools, extremely busy area, in the year I've lived in these townhouses I've heard MULTIPLE occurrences of violence. Walls are EXTREMELY thin. You can literally hear the neighbors' voices. You share vent systems with the duplex next to you. The refrigerators are SMALL, and cabinets are cheaply built. It is a spacious townhouse, with offering a few nice things. Soaker tub is nice, nice sized rooms, walk-in closets, washer/dryer in unit. But THAT'S IT!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
