Vivian is originally from Puerto Rico, she has called Texas her home since 2009. Vivian is a proud wife of a Coast Guard Veteran and a REALTOR®. After relocating many times, including over seas, she understands the pressures and emotions that comes with the process of buying, selling or renting a home. As a REALTOR®, Vivian adders to a strict Code of Ethics. She's constantly working on her continuous education and improving her knowledge to better serve her clients.
