“This was a terrible experience. No communication what so ever until it was time to close. I had to get information from other sources rather than my realtor because she would not answer my texts or calls and when she did, she didn t know the answer. There was no breakdown of anything and a terrible lack of knowledge. My realtor also told me that she doesn t know about mortgages when I asked a question and when it. And to negotiating with the seller I had to explain what a short sale was so that we could get the deal through and even then, she still insisted that I budged with the closing because she didn t want to share a cut of her precious commission with the seller. could go on and on in more detail but that is the jist. Would never recommend.”
