Dawn's roots are based in Chicago but she has been a Houstonian for 25 years. She graduated from The College of the Mainland with an Associate degree in Business. Her professional memberships include, ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative, MRP, Military Relocation Specialist and SRES, Senior Real Estate Specialist. She is a member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, and volunteers with the Houston Food Bank and Barc Animal Rescue Donations and Fostering.

Andrea is a native Houstonian and loves working in residential real estate. Bill is a 4th generation Texan who was born and raised in South Texas and attended Texas A&I University with studies in Business Management.  Before becoming a Realtor, Bill created, owned and operated a successful company, Training Wheels, that provided dealership and automotive manufacturer consulting in operations, sales and processes.  His business took him all over the world with projects in South Africa, Europe, Australia and Asia.  Bill decided to get off the road and spend more time at home in Texas.  He is married to Tiffany Cannon who is a Marketing Director with Gulf States Toyota.  Together they live in Richmond with their five ‘surrogate’ children, four PBGV's and one GBGV, which are a rare breeds of scent hounds.   Bill is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys golf, hunting and fishing.  He is a certified P.A.D.I. Dive Master and Master Scuba Diver and loves to travel throughout the Caribbean and South Seas.  He has also been a Road Captain with local Harley Owner’s Groups.

Naseem Sawyer, a native Houstonian, grew up in the Memorial area and possesses a deep knowledge of the culture of Houston's premier neighborhoods. Naseem has a Bachelor's Degree from Louisiana State University where she was member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. Traveling is a passion for Naseem. A Persian American, she speaks Farsi fluently. Her parents moved to the United States from Tehran, Iran right before the 1979 revolution and their family members were dispersed around the world. Having close friends and family members around the world taught her a lot about culture and open mindedness at a very young age.

Naseem and her husband are active members of St. Luke's Methodist Church and they enjoy anything outdoors including running, tennis, hiking, and skiing.
