Contract extended with an amendment, seller was happy but signed amendment. Listing agent removed supra from door which is fine but I’m asking for access at reasonable times for the listing agent to let us walk through before signing and listing agent stated she doesn’t have time and has denied our request to walk through before closing. My buyer wants to confirm home is in same condition as contract was written before signing as we haven’t been in home in several weeks since it was inspected during option period.

Per TXR-1925 the buyer has the right to walk the home. And per 1-4, Page 4 section 7A, the seller should permit the buyers and buyer\'s agent access to the property at reasonable times.
