Naseem has a rich background in one- on- one client relationships. Continuous communication has been the foundation of her success in all of her sales endeavors. In a previous career as a project coordinator in the oil and gas industry, she would find investment properties for the firm.
This later became a perfect blend for all transactions related to real estate as she utilizes her talent of scheduling, multi-tasking and organization. She pays attention to the intricate details of a neighborhood and is aware that the small details can define an area. Naseem states,"I have a knowledge of the Houston housing market only a native Houstonian can understand, and I closely watch the average price per square foot throughout the city.

Naseem was the recipient of the 2016 Annual Honor Society Award and has earned the certification of Certified Negotiation Expert. This multi-million dollar producer has an impeccable record of navigating her clients to a flawless transaction of every deal brokered.
Naseem has a Bachelor's Degree from Louisiana State University where she was member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. Traveling is a passion for Naseem. A Persian American, she speaks Farsi fluently. Her parents moved to the United States from Tehran, Iran right before the 1979 revolution and their family members were dispersed around the world. Having close friends and family members around the world taught her a lot about culture and open mindedness at a very young age.
Naseem and her husband are active members of St. Luke's Methodist Church and they enjoy anything outdoors including running, tennis, hiking, and skiing.
