My career in Real Estate began more than 18 years ago with the Mortgage Broker license in the State of Florida for more than 7 years. Then the Real Estate License in the State of Oklahoma. And here in Texas since 2012.

As a native Houstonian, his passion has always been older, established neighborhoods, personally buying and remodeling/restoring many of his own homes.

Johanna Lara is a native Houstonian, who grew up in the Southbelt Area. She is very versed in the Southbelt/Clear Lake/Pearland area, as well as homes in the Spring, Conroe, & Woodlands area. Johanna was introduced to the real estate profession at the age of 18 and attended Champions School of Real Estate and earned her Real Estate license in 2005. "It was love at first sight and I knew from the very beginning that I would always enjoy helping people with their real estate needs," she says. Her philosophy is that giving customer nothing less than exceptional real estate service makes things happen and smoother transactions. She is passionate about political-theory, and is currently working on her Political-Science Degree at the University of Houston. Ronnie works with institutional owners (REIT's, Funds, TIC's, and Syndicates) in corporate real estate. He is a real estate asset manager buying, selling, leasing and representing an office and retail portfolio on behalf of over 500 accredited investors. His current portfolio exceeds 6MM square feet with an acquisition value of over $750MM. He is a CCIM and member of SIOR and serves on multiple boards and committees. His professional memberships include ICSC, IREM, BOMA, TAR, HAR and other key industry groups.

Prior to his current assignment, Ronnie has worked in nearly all facets of the commercial real estate life cycle. "From time spent in land acquisitions and development to leasing and management and ultimately brokerage and dispositions, I have gained a great deal of perspective and experience that will serve well on the HAR Board of Directors."

He is a passionate believer in life long personal and professional development and believes there is room for even more diversity in commercial real estate and enjoys networking, training, and mentoring with his peers. He is bilingual (fluent in Spanish) and lives in Houston's Westchase area. He and his wife two young boys (ages 2 and 4), two pet dobermans, and numerous aquariums of exotic fish . His hobbies include fishing, golf, hunting, reading, writing, and the occasional cigar and card game.
