As a commercial broker and property manager, Ronnie is responsible not only for leading his team of asset and property managers in the leasing, management, and administration of a portfolio of up to 3.5 million square feet valued at over $1.2 billion on behalf of more than 100 accredited investors, but also for mentoring, training, and supervising a team of top real estate agents. His team assists clients in buying, selling, leasing, and developing all types of real estate, including homes, land, multifamily, office buildings, self-storage, RV parks, shipyards, warehouses, and industrial assets.

Ronnie is a longtime CCIM and SIOR designee and has been a contributor on Fox Business, Forbes, and CNBC. He also serves on numerous boards, committees, and maintains strategic industry-specific affiliations, including ICSC, IREM, BOMA, TAR, and other key industry groups to keep him in the know and on the cutting edge.

With decades of real-world experience, Ronnie has successfully worked through all facets of the commercial real estate life cycle. He is bilingual (fluent in Spanish) and calls Houston's Westchase and Galveston areas his "out of the office" homes.
