Ronnie is a highly regarded and experienced Texas and Florida real estate broker who has completed more than 2,000 real estate transactions valued at over $2.3 billion during his 20+ year career. He specializes in working with individuals, investors, family offices, and institutional owners such as REITs, funds, TICs, and other real estate syndicators.
As the broker, Ronnie is responsible not only for leading his team of asset and property managers in the leasing, management, and administration of a portfolio of up to 3.5 million square feet valued at over $1.2 billion on behalf of more than 125 accredited investors, but also for mentoring, training, and supervising a team of top real estate agents. His team assists clients in buying, selling, leasing, and developing all types of real estate, including homes, land, multifamily, office buildings, self-storage, RV parks, shipyards, warehouses, and industrial assets.
Ronnie is a longtime CCIM and SIOR designee and is frequently featured as a contributor on Fox Business, Forbes, and CNBC. He also serves on numerous boards, committees, and industry-specific affiliations, including ICSC, IREM, BOMA, TAR, and other key industry groups.
With decades of real-world experience, Ronnie has successfully worked through all facets of the commercial real estate life cycle.
