As a commercial broker and property manager, Ronnie is responsible not only for leading his team of asset and property managers in the leasing, management, and administration of a portfolio of up to 3.5 million square feet valued at over $1.2 billion on behalf of more than 100 accredited investors, but also for mentoring, training, and supervising a team of top real estate agents. His team assists clients in buying, selling, leasing, and developing all types of real estate, including homes, land, multifamily, office buildings, self-storage, RV parks, shipyards, warehouses, and industrial assets.
Ronnie is a longtime CCIM and SIOR designee and has been a contributor on Fox Business, Forbes, and CNBC. He also serves on numerous boards, committees, and maintains strategic industry-specific affiliations, including ICSC, IREM, BOMA, TAR, and other key industry groups to keep him in the know and on the cutting edge.
With decades of real-world experience, Ronnie has successfully worked through all facets of the commercial real estate life cycle.
