Johanna Lara is a native Houstonian, who grew up in the Southbelt Area. She is very versed in the Southbelt/Clear Lake/Pearland area, as well as homes in the Spring, Conroe, & Woodlands area. Johanna was introduced to the real estate profession at the age of 18 and attended Champions School of Real Estate and earned her Real Estate license in 2005. "It was love at first sight and I knew from the very beginning that I would always enjoy helping people with their real estate needs," she says. Her philosophy is that giving customer nothing less than exceptional real estate service makes things happen and smoother transactions. She is passionate about political-theory, and is currently working on her Political-Science Degree at the University of Houston. She happily married and is mother of three children, with a strong fundamental value of quality family time. Loves to cook, being creative, and enjoys a nice motorcycle ride down to Galveston when she has a moment. She is also a volunteer of the Houston Rodeo Committee and was previously a volunteer at the Southbelt Volunteer Fire Department.
