Janice and Ron have been residents of Cinco Ranch for the last 28 years and have been giving back to the community in many ways. They are the local Santa and Mrs. Claus for over 34 years and have held many fundraisers benefiting the homeless children of our city.



Janice is a Master Scuba Diver and has spent many years as an underwater photographer. She and Ron have traveled all over the world escaping to the wonderful exotic destinations to spend their entire week underwater. I cannot imagine a better way to regenerate my personal battery so I can get back to work with a fresh face on life! Nothing can scare me..... I dive with the sharks!

Fifth-generation Texan and native Houstonian Anne Hamilton loves people, Houston and working in residential real estate sales. Anne’s warm, engaging manner immediately puts others at ease, inspires trust and opens communication. Anne attended Texas A & M University and is a proud Aggie graduate with a degree in accounting. After graduation, she worked as an auditor for Coopers & Lybrand. Anne made a career change to event catering and was a co-founder of FitzGibbs Catering. She loved creating fabulous food and serving her clients in their homes - and it was excellent experience for servicing her real estate clients.

Now a veteran agent and Circle of Excellence member, she loves being with a brokerage that is known for “white glove service” and representing the finest properties in all price categories. Anne cares about giving back to Houston and sharing her many blessings and is an active community volunteer and donor. Anne is a past board member of Holly Hall Christian Retirement Community and a founding board member of One Hundred Shares, Houston. She was a member of The Junior League of Houston and National Charity League. She and her husband, an attorney, are very active at St. John the Divine Episcopal Church. They are the parents of two grown children, an artist in New York City and a graduating senior at Davidson College. Anne’s hobbies are travel, art appreciation, reading and international cuisine.

J. Lindsey has been actively involved in the Houston real estate market since she purchased her first property in 1993. But her obsession with real estate and architecture began at the ripe age of five. She believes customers should know as much as possible before purchasing or selling a property, no matter who they choose for representation. She is a former River Oaks property owner and is currently a Memorial area homeowner. Miss Lindsey has also been a landlord in Houston since 1995.



Miss Lindsey arrived in Houston in 1979, is a University of Texas alumni, highly tech-savvy, and is originally from Provincetown, MA, where her real estate obsession began. See personal history

Carol Nagel relocated to northeast Houston, Texas in 1996 then became a licensed Realtor in 2004. She is currently a member of HAR(Houston Area Realtors), NAR(National Association of Realtor's), TAR(Texas Association of Reators), MRP (Military Relocation Specialist), GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute), NAR Green Designation (Energy Star, etc), WCR(Women's Council of Realtors) Lake Houston-2014 Treasurer and TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission). Carol brings experience in foreclosures, residential in Texas. Carol has prior experience with residential sales in Illinois, Colorado and Kansas.

Carol holds a BA from Baldwin University, Kansas; AA in Accounting, and is a Certified Para-legal.
