I HAVE LIVED IN MANY AREAS IN HOUSTON INCLUDING RICE-U, BELLAIRE, SHARPSTOWN, ROBINDELL, TANGLEWILDE, WOODLAKE AND EVEN WAY OUT IN VALLEY LODGE. I KNOW HOUSTON VERY WELL AND AM COMFORTABLE BEING OR WORKING IN ANY NEIGHBORHOOD. “I just closed on a property in January of 2022 and Stuart was my realtor. Where do I begin? I have to say if you are in the market to buy a new home, specifically a new build, Stuart is your guy. I was given Stuarts information in 2017 by a builder representative that had worked with Stuart in the past. After researching Stuarts website that boasted of giving buyers of new builds 84-86% of his earned commission back towards closing costs, I was a bit skeptical.... Wow, was I wrong! Once I was ready to start the process in late 2021, I reached out to Stuart personally to learn more about his services and while it still felt to good to be true, I signed on with him anyway and I am so glad that I did. Stuart did not cut corners with his due diligence to off-set his reduced rate, he had my back every step of the way and ensured that everything flowed as it should during my home buying process, even came to my closing appointment. I closed on time as scheduled. And most importantly at the closing table, Stuart did not go back on his word, I was provided with a 13k credit on my closing settlement as promised! I highly recommend Stuart for any real estate transaction you may need assistance with and I will definitely use him in the future and recommend him to everyone I know looking to buy property in the future.
