Anne Hamilton

Fifth-generation Texan and native Houstonian Anne Hamilton loves people, Houston and working in residential real estate sales. Anne’s warm, engaging manner immediately puts others at ease, inspires trust and opens communication. She is a valued advisor who works tirelessly to structure the best transaction for her client and smooth out the ups and downs of buying and selling real estate. Anne listens carefully to seek out the perfect property for her buyers. When representing a buyer, Anne’s primary goal is to find that house located on a special street in a neighborhood that the client will be excited to make their new home. When representing a seller, she is focused on getting the word out to all markets, both local and international, and bringing the highest possible price and most qualified buyer to a successful closing.

Anne attended Texas A & M University and is a proud Aggie graduate with a degree in accounting. After graduation, she worked as an auditor for Coopers & Lybrand. Anne made a career change to event catering and was a co-founder of FitzGibbs Catering. She loved creating fabulous food and serving her clients in their homes - and it was excellent experience for servicing her real estate clients.

Anne trained with the best, Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty. Now a veteran agent and Circle of Excellence member, she loves being with a brokerage that is known for “white glove service” and representing the finest properties in all price categories. Staying current with marketing trends, actively using social media, and participating in the Sotheby’s International Realty global network sets Martha Turner Sotheby’s agents apart from the competition.

Anne cares about giving back to Houston and sharing her many blessings and is an active community volunteer and donor. Anne is a past board member of Holly Hall Christian Retirement Community and a founding board member of One Hundred Shares, Houston. She was a member of The Junior League of Houston and National Charity League. She and her husband, an attorney, are very active at St. John the Divine Episcopal Church. They are the parents of two grown children, an artist in New York City and a graduating senior at Davidson College. Anne’s hobbies are travel, art appreciation, reading and international cuisine.
