Winnie Wong

Winnie Wong was born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. After graduating with her BA from University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky, she moved to Houston, Texas. Today, she is a proud Houstonian for over 20 years.

Winnie has been involved in real estate since 2006, with a focus in residential real estate, residential lease, relocation, and investment properties. She flipped her primary residence for a profit in order to leverage her investments. She has lived as an expat and moved several times so she understands the emotional strain and complexity of relocation.

In 2014, she completed the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) course and began her focus on serving international clients. Besides English, she speaks Cantonese Chinese, Mandarin Chinese and Malay.

Community involvement is important to Winnie, and she believes in giving back to help others. She is an active giver and supporter of World Vision, Compassion International and various other mission projects around the world. She is also an active member of a local church.
