Hey Kimberly,
There is a criteria for Financing considered in which you can specify VA Financing. With that said, I would recommend against it as not all agents will specify any financing terms in the listing. There is also the likelihood that a seller originally wasn't open to VA but may be interested now. They key is a home that VA would reasonably consider as they can have the strictest condition requirements.

Go to: https://www.har.com/search
You will select location, specific criteria for your home. Right below the "Criteria" list is a link named:
"More filters for Houston Area *(Finance Options, Parking Space)".
Once you click on that link, you will be given an option to select "Financing Options". The drop down menu has "VA Financing" as an option.

On har main page https://www.har.com/ , click on the "More Filters" on the right of the Green Search tab, On the bottom of "Criteria" Part Click on "More filters for Houston Area *(Finance Options, Parking Space)", Once you click, page will refresh and under the "Criteria" Part, 3rd Column and 5th Raw it will appear "Financing Considered", Click on the right under "Financing Considered" and Choose "VA".
You can always give the work to a Real Estate Professional, he/she will consider all your needs and deliver the searches to you.

When you are doing your search and are in the “Filters” window, if you carefully scroll you will see the “Financing Available” option. Click on this and choose VA.
