I really admire your efforts. These are really beautiful. I have totally agreed with you. Thanks for providing such information. Just as in writing resonance structures, it is important to have a reaction depicted between proper Lewis structures of both reactant and product. Online Jacket store in USA

Tammy, As others have said, Congratulations!!! It is definitely a good idea to speak to a few brokers. You want a broker you feel comfortable with. One possibility is an EBA company. EBA stands for Exclusive Buyer Agent. (Exclusive, means exclusively buyers). In an EBA office, we only help people who want to buy a home (or lease, but mostly buy :). I've worked for 2 EBA companies, and love it! You do not take listings, ever! The company I'm with has training available. If this sounds like something you might be interested in, you may contact me. I can explain it in more detail, and give you my broker's contact information. I'll help you any way I can. First, congrats on taking the first steps towards a real estate career! It is a fun, exhausting, awesome, stressful insanely rewarding job.
I agree with what others have advised- talk to several brokers. You need not only the right plan but the right feel for your new business. I would love to talk to you about the opportunities at JLA Realty! You can reach me at kim@movewithkimscott.com
My biggest advice is to speak to many brokers, ask their training, support, and available tools to help you grow a business. Know that the real estate classes only prepare you for the test and you need to find a Broker that provides education you need to produce. I speak from experience as I myself have only been licensed for 2 years. That being said, I took advantage of what my office offered and now am a top producing agent there. If you have any further questions feel free to contact me.

Your first years in Real Estate you will need mentoring and a lot of learning. I would choose a brokerage that can provide the practical training. Certainly you need to visit the brokerage, see the offices and facilities, and meet with the agents, learn how they feel about it. Also you might look into the location of the brokerage and their transaction volumes and number of agents. Give me a call if you want to visit my brokerage and get answers to your questions.
You should interview quite a few and keep the mindset that while they are interviewing you, it is important that you interview them. Real Estate School will leave quite a bit out as far as the day to day operations of becoming successful and growing your business. Splits are important, but it doesn't matter what the split is if you don't get clients and successfully navigate them to closing. I started with a much better known agency because of it's training, but quickly learned that while the training was useful it didn't do nearly what I wanted in knowing how to be professional in front of my first client. I am now at a smaller brokerage with a team atmosphere where questions get answered and the training is more 1 on 1. Feel free to reach out if you want to talk more.
