I have great income good credit and nothing on my background check. Realtors are not replying to my requests. I have money and need a place! The only issue is I have a few large dogs. Getting turned down by everyone. Or I go to an open house and 30+ people are there that don't have a dog! Ugh. Please help. Stable income. I can afford up to $1200/month anywhere in GREAT HOUSTON area.

Most of the landlords have pre screening requirement of income three times rent, clear background and good credit...many pet friendly properties available for lease with extra pet deposit..terms varies per landlord requirements...it is easy one quick search on realtor side to find properties that fits your criteria... i can help if you have not found place by now.

Hello Geoffrey, I'm truly sorry to hear about your situation and hopefully you won't be homeless. Hang in there and stay strong. There are a lot of vacant rentals on the market, just depends on your budget and where you wish to live. Are you looking for a rental home, condo, apartment or to purchase? Either way you can contact me as well if you wish. http://www.har.com/wjexit (you'll find my contact details). You can call at any time.
