Community Leadership
In my local community, I serve as Treasurer for the Timbergrove Manor Civic Club, where I've been involved in leadership roles since 2013, helping organize security initiatives, improve neighborhood resources, and strengthen connections among residents. I also serve as Treasurer for the Friends of Lorraine Cherry Nature Preserve, working to protect and enhance one of our neighborhood's beloved green spaces.
Beyond neighborhood service, my commitment to Houston extends to organizations like:

Five stars, hands down. Jennifer Vickers guided us through the sale of our Houston home from first showing to closing, and she was outstanding at every stage. From day one she read the market and the people on the other side of the table with real precision. When our very first showing produced a buyer who tried to pressure us into dropping our price and pulling the house off the market before they'd even submitted anything in writing, Jennifer kept us calm, protected our early momentum, and redirected them toward a formal offer on strong terms. That instinct set the tone for the whole transaction. Through inspection negotiations she was sharp and strategic, helping us respond to repair requests reasonably without giving away ground on inflated items, and she landed the deal at full asking price. Her insight into the buyer's situation and motivations was consistently on point, and her judgment on when to hold firm versus when to meet in the middle saved us real money. She also negotiated terms that meaningfully improved our net proceeds, and her team handled the title and closing coordination smoothly right through to funding. What we appreciated most was how communicative and steady she was. She always explained her thinking, never pushed us toward a decision we weren't comfortable with, and treated our goals as the priority. We felt genuinely well represented the entire way.
