I have 3 children and 7 grandchildren that live in surrounding areas, so I am very familiar with not only Houston, but surrounding neighborhoods as well. Cyndi joined her husband & broker, Chris in 2018 after a previous sales career in technology. Together they formed The Moore Real Estate Group. She has 20 years of corporate sales experience, six of which were in sales leadership roles. Cyndi is a native Houstonian and received double majors in Exercise Science and Biology from Texas State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Cyndi's interest in real estate began after her and her husband Chris purchased their first investment home, a vintage 1960s ranch style, which they then updated. Fast forward to the present day, they now have over 18 years experience purchasing, rehabbing/renovating, and managing single-family residential investment properties and are both full time Realtors. They specialize in central Houston neighborhoods including (but not limited to) Candlelight Plaza, Shepherd Park Plaza, Oak Forest, Garden Oaks, Heights, & Spring Branch.

Cyndi and Chris now have built their own boutique brokerage, The Moore Real Estate Group with fellow native Houstonian agents. With careers in sales leadership, strong negotiating skills, and experience with real estate investment, this established and reputable team is committed to understanding your needs and prepared to help you with seamless transactions from initial discussions through closing on your dream home.

Michael is the founder of Happen Houston, a boutique brand built on the belief that expert real estate service is strategic in nature and should provide a lifetime of value. He and his team take a data-driven approach to real estate, providing custom strategies and ongoing guidance for each of their clients, while integrating construction and renovation into their approach. Collectively, this disposition has garnered the respect of a diverse client portfolio, including investors, first time home buyers, and builders. Simply put, Michael serves to reinvigorate an industry not characterized by luxury or sales, but founded on data, powered by instinct, and navigated through emotional intelligence. By keeping these three elements at the forefront, his intention and driving principle is clear: craft a better, more authentic experience; a real estate renaissance. As a Houston native, Michael is passionate about building community and aiding in the mindful evolution of Houston's neighborhoods. Husband and father of 2 boys, Michael is both professionally and personally invested in the Oak Forest and Garden Oaks areas, where he works, lives, and spends time with his family.

Shortly after Okwha's birth in Seoul, Korea, her family moved to North Carolina to pursue the American Dream. She learned first hand what it took to be a business owner, helping out in her mother's wig shop at the age of five. Their hard work began to pay off and their family business expanded into several clothing boutiques, where she worked after school and weekends. It was during these years that Okwha learned about the reward from providing excellent customer service, a skill that has stuck with her over the years. As she oversaw the entire operation of her family's business, they ultimately developed a strip center, where their business occupied 25,000 square feet and grew into a multimillion wholesale distributor.

After graduating high school at 16, Okwha attended Campbell University, where she studied law and political science. In 2003, with her husband Scott and son Tyler, she moved to Northwest Houston, where she was the Head Attendance at Cy Ranch High School until she became a licensed Realtor in 2011. A couple of years later they moved inside of the loop and her real estate business began to expand throughout Houston. Okwha loves everything about real estate, especially knowing that she gets to share in her clients' lives, along with helping create a positive change for the next stage of their lives. Whether it's first time homebuyers, or investors, Okwha always values her client's time and creates raving fans with her expedient responses and resourceful data. When not selling real estate, Okwha enjoys traveling the world, enjoying great meals and wine, and spending time with her three beloved Bichons. She and Scott are investors in several popular bars and restaurants inside the loop, along with a craft beer company. They are supporters of the American Cancer Society, an organization that they hold strong and close to their hearts.
