I can assist you in finding loan that fits your needs and get pre-approved for a loan. If you're selling your home: I will prepare a comparative market analysis that will compare your home's value to that of your neighbors.

As a native Houstonian and seventh generation Texan, Seth Caplan's real estate expertise is grounded in his deep Texas roots. Indeed, Seth's family has been in real estate for generations, dating back to before the Republic of Texas. For Seth, it's as simple as family tradition. Seth grew up in Houston's southwest inner loop area, and is a graduate of Bellaire High School. After obtaining his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and concentration in Economics from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas, Seth returned to Houston to practice real estate alongside his family. Given his background, years of practice, and community involvement, Seth is uniquely qualified to represent buyers and sellers in all areas of the city. Seth is experienced in every facet of the real estate transaction, and also specializes in corporate relocation.
