Seth Caplan

As a native Houstonian and seventh generation Texan, Seth Caplan's real estate expertise is grounded in his deep Texas roots. Indeed, Seth's family has been in real estate for generations, dating back to before the Republic of Texas. For Seth, it's as simple as family tradition.

Seth grew up in Houston's southwest inner loop area, and is a graduate of Bellaire High School. After obtaining his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and concentration in Economics from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas, Seth returned to Houston to practice real estate alongside his family. Given his background, years of practice, and community involvement, Seth is uniquely qualified to represent buyers and sellers in all areas of the city.

Seth is experienced in every facet of the real estate transaction, and also specializes in corporate relocation. One of Seth's favorite aspects of real estate is conducting statistical analyses for homes in order to build pricing strategies reflective of market value while meeting his clients' goals. Seth is also a skilled negotiator who can effectively articulate his clients' needs while building positive relationships with everyone involved in the transaction. The Houston Association of Realtors® Young Professionals Network awarded Seth, 'Top 20 under 40', recognizing his excellence in sales, leadership, and community service.

Coming from a large family, Seth has qualities of perseverance, patience, and inherent optimism, resulting in a great outlook on life. He enjoys traveling and gained an appreciation of architecture through time spent with the American Institute for Foreign Study in Barcelona, Spain. In his spare time, Seth enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his wife, Nicole, their daughter, Clare, and their three dogs. Seth resides in Tanglewood, and is a part of the Houston Chapter Alumni Association for St. Edwards University. Seth has also volunteered at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Cook off, was a candidate for Man of the Year for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and is a member of the Somerset Chapter Magna Charta Barons.
