I'll guide you through the entire home buying process, from beginning to end, along with getting the best financing that is available to you, helping you avoid making costly mistakes.
Before starting your new home search, I will consult with you to discuss a comfortable monthly budget for your new purchase, including down payment and monthly payment and closing costs requirements. I can assist you in finding loan that fits your needs and get pre-approved for a loan. If you're selling your home: I will prepare a comparative market analysis that will compare your home's value to that of your neighbors.
I'll compile a plan that will assist you in selling your home. When representing you, I present your home to qualified buyers and other realtors to get the maximum exposure for your listing. I will give you suggestions to help you stage your home or provide a list of professionals that will ensure that you get the highest price for your home. I'll also assist in negotiating the best price for your home and help you find your next home.
