We used USAA referral program and were surprisingly blessed to be matched with Donna. She KNOWS her profession...every in and out, especially VA. We moved 3 hours away and weren't able to come and view homes at our leisure but luckily, Donna did it for us...even on her HUSBANDS birthday. We were even on our 1st trip to Disney during the Christmas holidays and trying to close on our new home before Jan. 1 and she was there every step of the way getting it done. On top of that, we needed an extra storage unit and they would take our card over the phone so in the middle of Finding Nemo ride I'm on the phone with Donna and she stops what she is doing and goes to handle it for me. Donna didn't have to do half of what she did for us and we were complete strangers. I think it's safe to say that she is more than the best real estate agent, she is the Queen of it and makes sure you are aware of everything and walks you through it all the way to closing so there aren't any surprises.
