When buying or selling a home the realtor you hire is critical. Upon the first meeting with Darin it was clear we must have him represent us. My wife and I were selling our home and had many requirements that needed to be met. Time was of the essence. Darin put together a plan of action that would get our home listed on several platforms and in as many people as possible. He worked days, nights and weekends. My son had his home on the market for over a year with 2 other realtors without success. I encouraged him to hire Brenda Davidson who listed the property help to stage the property priced it properly and did four weekends of open house. In those 30 days that she had the listing she had three cash buyers and closed on the property shortly there after. Shes very professional and very good with both the seller and the buyer.
