We used USAA referral program and were surprisingly blessed to be matched with Donna. She KNOWS her profession...every in and out, especially VA. We moved 3 hours away and weren't able to come and view homes at our leisure but luckily, Donna did it for us...even on her HUSBANDS birthday. We were even on our 1st trip to Disney during the Christmas holidays and trying to close on our new home before Jan. 1 and she was there every step of the way getting it done. On top of that, we needed an extra storage unit and they would take our card over the phone so in the middle of Finding Nemo ride I'm on the phone with Donna and she stops what she is doing and goes to handle it for me.
