The local county clerks office where the rental property is located is the best place to get this form to ensure that it is up to date. The name of the form that I got from the county clerks office was titled "Notice to Vacate Property". This form has worked well for me in avoiding eviction court. It is also good to talk to the county clerks office before delivering this form, just to be sure that you get everything perfectly correct. One little mistake, including how you deliver it, and the way that you calculate the number of days notice that you give may hurt you if it ends up in eviction court.

Landlord wants listing agent to run credit report and background report on applicant. Who do you use to do this and who does applicant pay for this?

As a landlord, Smart Move is my favorite go to. No doubt that there are many others. I have heard that rent spree is also good, but have not tried it.
