As a Mortgage Bank Underwriter I was required to analyze the credit worthiness of our Buyers to see if the property fits with in the parameter of our Banking Guidelines and also to qualify the Buyer for the Mortgage. On the side of Real Estate sales, it is substantially different however, the expertise from the banking industry provides the ability to help the Buyers or Sellers make an informed decision about purchasing now or waiting and to answer all of the WHAT HAPPENS NEXT questions.
My Professional background extends 42 years. I am a Realtor® in both Florida & Texas. My area in Texas is Houston (The Woodlands & Woodland Hills as well as the Downtown Central Corridor.
