A bit about my professional background:
I have had a very long and professional banking and real estate career. Currently Licensed in both Florida and Texas. In just a few short months I will permanently reside in the Houston Area where I will make my focus on Luxury Rea Estate sales. I have had a successful career in Real Estate for more than 12 years. Prior to Real Estate I had a very long Career as a Mortgage Underwriter. As a Mortgage Bank Underwriter I was required to analyze the credit worthiness of our Buyers to see if the property fits with in the parameter of our Banking Guidelines and also to qualify the Buyer for the Mortgage. On the side of Real Estate sales, it is substantially different however, the expertise from the banking industry provides the ability to help the Buyers or Sellers make an informed decision about purchasing now or waiting and to answer all of the WHAT HAPPENS NEXT questions.
I've successfully Listed and SOLD Single Family Homes from $25k Lots to $2.5M and New Construction from $675K to most recently ( a year ago) $7.3M
My client base consists of 1st time homebuyers, Snowbirds, New Construction, Cash buyers to extend to single family, 2nd homes to Luxury Home purchases whether in Golf Course Communities and Amenity Rich Luxury Communities!
