Vernice Ross' real estate journey began in 1988 as a newly licensed Broker in Jackson, Mississippi. In 1992, Vernice relocated to San Diego where she became a fixture in Southern California Real Estate. She has held the position of Broker Associate for Century 21, Prudential, and the Broker of American Veteran Home Center. In 2005, Vernice opened Ross & Ross Realty where she has enjoyed success in the residential market. Vernice focuses on making the American dream of home ownership in finding affordable housing for military and first time home buyers. Lisa obtained her real estate license in 2011 after 13 years in the title industry. She started out managing a large volume of HUD foreclosures in the beginning of her career and then recruited her husband, Alex, to help streamline the process. She sold out a new home community in Garden Oaks in less than 2 years and was awarded a Million Dollar Circle Award by the Greater Houston Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council. In 2017, Lisa opened a boutique real estate brokerage, Tejas Realty Group. The brokerage started out with 2 agents and now has a team of 25. Lisa is a licensed real estate broker, wife, and mother.
