Delara Aubon, a proud Houston native, is a respected leader in the real estate industry. With over 10 years of experience as a licensed Realtor® and investor, she has a deep understanding of the journey from contract to closing. With two decades of expertise in sales and marketing, she has collaborated with a diverse group of industry professionals including Realtors®, lenders, investors, developers, and builders. This broad experience enables her to offer a unique perspective and comprehensive service to ensure a seamless transaction process for her clients.
Delara is not just a participant in the real estate community, but also a mentor and advocate for other professionals in the field. She plays an active role in helping them reach their full potential and succeed in their careers.
She is an active member and leader within the Women's Council of Realtors®, the second largest real estate organization and a significant women's organization nationally. Delara has served in multiple leadership roles within the Women's Council of Realtors®, including President of the Houston network, and District Vice President, and Governor for the Texas state board. She currently holds the position of 2025 Membership Director for the Houston chapter and is a proud graduate of the Leadership Institute of the Women's Council of Realtors® National.
Delara also serves on several committees within the Houston Association of REALTORS®, including the 2025 Political Affairs Advisory Group and the 2025 TREPAC Advisory Committee. She is a staunch supporter of the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee (TREPAC), recognizing the importance of supporting the real estate political community in Texas to defend the rights of homeowners, private property, and real estate professionals. My experience in real estate has taught me the many nuances of buying and selling real estate, as private, new construction, investment and commercial properties, for local, national and international clients. My background as an international business owner allows me a unique perspective and understanding of the importance of market value, pricing and a successful marketing campaign. I have been in the Houston real estate market for about 8 years, and was previously the Marketing Director for a firm that represented major builders and developers in the city. I have the pleasure to work with many renowned builders and developers in the luxury market, and to offer my expertise to buyers, sellers, builders and investors looking to expand their real estate portfolio in Houston.

As the 2020 Governor for Women's Council of Realtors Texas, it is a great honor and privilege to serve my community and my city, as Houston is at the forefront of the national real estate market. I am a proud Sterling Major Investor of TREPAC, under RPAC, and feel it important to support our real estate political community in Texas, to protect the rights of homeowners and real estate professionals alike.
