A Houston native with 15 years of experience as a licensed REALTOR®, Delara's perspective has been shaped not only by representing buyers and sellers, but through her own experience as an investor, builder, entrepreneur, and marketing professional. Her background spans residential, luxury, new construction, investment, and commercial real estate, allowing her to see beyond the transaction and help clients recognize the potential, value, and opportunity within a property.

With 25 years of experience in sales and marketing, Delara brings a strategic mindset to real estate. She understands how market value, positioning, presentation, negotiation, and timing work together—and how those factors can ultimately influence a client's outcome. Her experience as an international business owner further developed the entrepreneurial and analytical approach she brings to every transaction.

Delara's firsthand experience as an investor and builder provides another important dimension to the way she advises her clients. She understands real estate from the ownership side of the table—the decisions involved in evaluating an opportunity, assessing potential, navigating construction and development, managing risk, and considering both immediate and long-term value.

Her experience in commercial real estate has further expanded that perspective. Working with investors, business owners, builders, and developers has given Delara an understanding of real estate as both a property and a business asset. Whether representing a residential client, evaluating an investment, navigating new construction, identifying a commercial opportunity, or helping a client expand a real estate portfolio, she approaches each decision with the client's larger objectives in mind.

Earlier in her career, Delara also worked in marketing for a firm representing prominent Houston builders and developers, giving her valuable exposure to Houston's development and new-construction markets. Throughout her career, she has served local, national, and international clients and built an extensive network of relationships with REALTORS®, lenders, investors, builders, developers, and other industry professionals.

That combination of experience, relationships, and perspective allows Delara to be more than a real estate agent. She strives to be a trusted advisor, strategist, connector, and advocate—someone clients can rely on not only to facilitate a transaction, but to help them make informed and confident real estate decisions.

Delara is equally passionate about giving back to the profession she has built her career around. She has been actively involved with the Women's Council of REALTORS® for more than a decade and currently serves as the 2026 Membership Director for Women's Council of REALTORS® Houston. Her previous leadership roles include 2017 President of the Houston Network, District Vice President, and Governor on the Texas state board for two years. She is also a graduate of the Women's Council of REALTORS® National Leadership Institute.

Her industry involvement also includes service with the Houston Association of REALTORS® 2026 Political Affairs Advisory Group (PAAG) Committee and the 2026 TREPAC Advisory Committee. A longtime supporter and advocate for TREPAC, Delara believes strongly in protecting private property rights, homeownership, and the future of the real estate profession.

What ultimately distinguishes Delara is her ability to look at real estate through multiple lenses—REALTOR®, investor, builder, marketer, and business owner. She doesn't simply look at what a property is today. She considers what it could become, how it should be positioned, where the opportunity lies, and how it fits into her client's bigger picture.
