Vernice Ross

Vernice Ross' real estate journey began in 1988 as a newly licensed Broker in Jackson, Mississippi. In 1992, Vernice relocated to San Diego where she became a fixture in Southern California Real Estate. She has held the position of Broker Associate for Century 21, Prudential, and the Broker of American Veteran Home Center. In 2005, Vernice opened Ross & Ross Realty where she has enjoyed success in the residential market. Vernice focuses on making the American dream of home ownership in finding affordable housing for military and first time home buyers. Known for her infectious personality and can-do attitude, Vernice is a force in the San Diego Real Estate Market and is active in a variety of community organizations and professional affiliations. Vernice is also a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Texas and is part of the Shad Bogany Team at Better Homes & Gardens – Gary Greene in Houston Texas. She is certified as a Texas Affordable Housing Specialist as well as a certified negotiation expert in residential real estate transaction. Currently, Vernice serves as a director for the California Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. In 2014, she obtained a Master in Real Estate and November of 2016 she graduated from the National Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy. Vernice motto, "There no place like home, except your own", is her signature of dedication of helping others achieve their goal of home ownership in America's finest city of San Diego, California and the most diversity city of Houston, Texas.
