Victoria Co-listed and sold the most expensive home in River Oaks in 2011- and did it in four days. "I don't just wait for a listing to sell," she says. "Over the years, I have developed a strong ability to assess a property's value and I have and excellent history of attaining at or above list price for my listings. I create a customized marketing plan for each listing to maximize market exposure. I know what it takes to get it sold with minimal days on the market; after 20 years in the business, you pretty much get it down. The key is building trust. She is an advocate for her clients in every way and loves what she does. Growing up in Tanglewood, Victoria has extensive knowledge of the market both inside and outside the 610 Loop, and is a market expert in Tanglewood, River Oaks, Memorial, Southampton and West University area where she has lived for the past 20 years.

Victoria graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a BS in Communications and is a member of Chi Omega Sorority. She has served as a member of the Junior League of Houston, and has been a CCE teacher at her church, St. Vincent de Paul, preparing children for their first communion. She is a member of the Briar Club where she has served on their Youth Committee, has been an active supporter of West U Little League and Challenger Baseball. Victoria's present volunteer commitments include St. Thomas High School where her two sons attend, and Presbyterian School where her daughter attends. She is married to Jarrett Minton, a principal with M-M Properties and lives in the heart of West University Place.

Victoria's hobbies and interests include cooking, yoga, and exercise to maintain balance in her life.

I have earned a number of professional designations that include Certified Residential Specialist, Certified International Property Specialist, and Resort & Second Home Property Specialist. I was named Realtor of the Year for 2010 and 2013 by the Women's Council of Realtors Houston Network and served on the Executive Team as Treasurer in 2018, President-Elect in 2019 and President in 2020. I am a proud 2012 graduate of the Texas Realtor Leadership Program and have recently been appointed by NAR as a Texas Ambassador for Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement.I currently serve as Vice Chair for HAR's Executive Board of Directors as well as a member of both TR Board of Directors and NAR Board of Directors.

Outside of real estate, spending quality time with my husband and two sons is my greatest pleasure. I enjoy reading, music and get-togethers with family and friends. A Houstonian since childhood, I am originally from California; but as the saying goes I got to Texas as fast as I could!
