Theresa Hill

As Sales Manager at Compass Houston’s Central-Westheimer office, I oversee residential real estate operations with a strong focus on coaching, mentoring, and empowering sales associates to grow their businesses. My passion is helping agents thrive while fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and respect.

With more than 30 years of experience in the Houston real estate market, I bring deep expertise in both management and residential sales, with a particular background in new construction. I hold multiple professional designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), and Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS). I am also a proud graduate of the 2012 Texas REALTOR Leadership Program and was appointed by NAR as a Texas Ambassador for the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement.

Currently, I serve as 2026 Chair of the Houston Association of REALTORS Executive Board of Directors, Regional Vice-President of the Texas REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS Boards of Directors.

Beyond real estate, I am committed to giving back through community service, volunteering with Ronald McDonald House, Bo’s Place, and the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. I also serve as a lector at Mary Queen Catholic Church in Friendswood.

A Houstonian since childhood, I originally hail from California—but as the saying goes, I got to Texas as fast as I could! When not working, I enjoy reading, music, and spending time with my husband, two sons, and extended family and friends.
