Auto Email Home Search based on PRICE PER SQFT in a certain location.

Hi Tiffany, happy to walk you through if you wish to reach out to me. It's relatively easy. I'm assuming you need this for single family so do a single family search, go to add fields at the end of the search screen and add in the field that says "Price Sq Ft List", in that box put the price you wish so for example if it's homes listed for less than $80sq ft put "80-" so you'll get all homes listed for less than $80 (be sure to put the minus sign). then proceed to add your location you wish to have then click results then under the save option on the blue menu at the bottom then click on auto email and proceed to set up the auto email. How to do look up comps

In a standard market with lots of sale options - I start with an MLS search on the specific property type (let's assume single-family). I click on active, option pending, pending, and sold (0-180 days), +/- 15% of the square footage of the property (1700-2300 sf), +/- 1 bedroom (3-5), and if it is an older property I will do +/- 10 years for age (less if it is a newer property). I then will start with typing in the specific neighborhood of the property for your locational boundaries. If there are no properties popping up, you can do zip code, map search etc! This is a very standard search - for more extensive properties you can add in acreage, pools, and narrow down any criteria if there are a lot of properties available! The whole idea is to find a handful of properties that are as close to your subject property as possible so you can have a good idea of price per square foot for your property. Hope this helps!
