Johanna Lara is a native Houstonian, who grew up in the Southbelt Area. She is very versed in the Southbelt/Clear Lake/Pearland area, as well as homes in the Spring, Conroe, & Woodlands area. Johanna was introduced to the real estate profession at the age of 18 and attended Champions School of Real Estate and earned her Real Estate license in 2005. Real Estate runs in Maureen Holt's family.  Growing up with parents and Grandparents in Houston Real Estate made it the family business.   Maureen is a fifth generation Houstonian and received her Texas Real Estate License at age 22. Tina is a native of Memphis Tennessee who lived in Atlanta, Georgia for more than 20 years before moving to Houston. She attended Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on a basketball scholarship and earned a degree in law enforcement.

Community involvement is important to Tina. She volunteers at her church and for homeless-aid organizations, and has coached T-Ball teams and served in leadership positions with GLAAD. When her schedule permits, Tina enjoys golf, reading, watching sports, and traveling.
