David is Vice President in the Houston Office of Transwestern, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of land, free standing and multi-tenant buildings and tenant representation. A fifth generation Houstonian, David has over 50 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2010, he was a shareholder of McDade, Smith; a boutique land brokerage firm. He has also held positions with several small commercial brokerage firms including serving as President of A. David Schwarz Ill, Inc., founded in 1977. David has represented numerous local, regional and national clients during career. David is an active member of the following organizations: Lifetime Member of the Ex-Students Association of the University of Texas Lifetime Committeeman of The Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Past President & current member of the Gulf Coast Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®. Maggie Young Garza is a native Texan, she was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas and has lived in Houston since 2001 living in Montrose, the Heights, and currently in West University Place. She has a passion and enthusiasm for helping people along with an abundant amount of energy that make her a fantastic real estate agent. Maggie has a way of making people feel comfortable; she is caring, honest and makes the time spent working with her clients valuable. Before selling estate, Maggie was a flight attendant with American Airlines based in New York City where she lived until 2000. After leaving the airline industry Maggie became a recruiter for technology staffing company in Dallas, Texas and transferred to Houston in 2001. Soon after she joined KBR/Halliburton where was a recruiter until 2006. Selling Real Estate since 2012 she is ready to work for her clients and help them realize their real estate goals. Maggie earned a degree in horticulture from Texas A&M University in 1998. She is committed to her community; in Timbergrove Manor she was previously the volunteer coordinator, helping to organize the yearly community garage sale and the annual snow party for the children of the neighborhood. In West University Place she has previously help chaired Fathers & Flashlights and is on the committee for West University Parks Lovers Ball 2016. She is active at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School previously chairing the PTO Auction/Gala in 2014 and working on the Legacy Wall Project. Maggie is happily married to Dax F. Garza. They have three sons: Dax II, Porter, and Marshal. When Maggie is not working or balancing the joys of motherhood, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

"Weekenders" in Round Top since 2003 when they first bought property, Linda and her husband decided to abandon their West University roots and become full-time country residents in 2015. She is well versed in the local area working across multiple counties, including Fayette, Austin, and Colorado. Her passion is assisting clients in finding the farm or ranch that is the best fit for their family. Whether her clients are seeking a primary residence or a second home, she is keenly aware of how important it is to find a tranquil and relaxing setting that is indicative of this beautiful area.

Over a period of 30 years, Linda worked in the oil and gas industry. She was an international oil trader for a major oil and gas company focusing on Latin America. She traveled extensively in Central and South America. Dealing with customers on a daily basis, she found that communication was the key to developing successful working relationships. Negotiating was always her strong suit, but also trust and mutual respect with her customers which attributed to her success and long term career.

Linda discovered that negotiating and trading large volumes of oil served as a perfect platform for a career in real estate. As a trader she dealt with multimillion dollar transactions which ties in beautifully to negotiating luxury properties.

This consummate professional goes above and beyond to assist her clients in achieving a seamless transaction from contract to closing. Her extraordinary communication ability woven into strong negotiating skills, organization, problem solving, honesty and high ethics, enables her to achieve a "win-win" result for all parties.

A native Texan, she was born in the Panhandle. After graduating from Texas Tech University, she moved to Houston which had been home until her recent move to her farm in Round Top. She is proud to have called herself a Houstonian and still has strong ties to the city.

Linda is fully immersed in the Round Top Community. She serves on the board of Friends of Winedale as Vice President. This is an organization that supports the Winedale Historical Complex which is a division of The University of Texas Austin's Briscoe Center for American history. She is also a member of the fundraising committee for the Round Top Public Library and First Presbyterian Church of La Grange. She enjoys entertaining friends and family on her farm and when time allows, she enjoys traveling.
