About Karla Fonseca Kohnke

Hi, my name is Karla Fonseca Kohnke, I'm Real Estate Agent from HomeSmart. Since I arrived in this country in 2012 from my native Honduras, Centro America, where I developed my passion for the Real Estate sector on an independent basis. Faced this new challenge, I set out to become familiar with the city of Houston and its surroundings to learn and manage the processes of buying, remodeling, selling, and renting properties. This successful experience is the foundation of my phase as a realtor, and today I am ready to help you to find your properties, either for Residential or investment purposes.
