In addition to my background as a real estate agent, I have vast experience in the housing world as a home builder and remodeler.

Since 2015, I have managed and co-owned Glamour Flooring, a premier flooring store, in Katy, Texas. The scope of our services extends well beyond flooring and into full remodeling services. We have remodeled over one hundred homes in the Houston area. I also build homes from scratch through my construction, called MEVS Building & Construction. This type of experience helps me put myself into my clients' shoes when searching for your dream home.

Beyond my passion for real estate and construction, I am a fitness enthusiast and enjoy maintaining a healthy lifestyle. When not with my clients or at a construction site, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family.

Chae Cho is a Realtor with Home Smart. As a Houstonian, Chae has knowledge of his way around all parts of the city. After growing up in the Spring Branch area, Chae moved into the Spring Branch area and received a degree in Advertising from the University of Texas in Austin. Chae is not only a Realtor but is licensed as a mortgage loan officer with his own Mortgage Brokerage. With a degree in Advertising and experience as a loan officer, Chae has a detailed knowledge of the financial side of the real estate transaction, which serves buyers and sellers well with any questions they might have.

Nominal awards and financial gains are not, however, how Brena uates her professional performance. "My greatest compliment is receiving a referral from someone I've helped. It is how I measure my success," she says. That success is remarkably clear as most of her business is referred by past clients.

Brena loves the diversity each day brings in selling real estate and is ready the challenges that present themselves on a regular basis. “My work is filled with unique properties and clients and I love personalizing my service to best serve them,” she says.

Originally from Gadsden, Alabama, Brena moved to Houston after receiving a bachelor’s in business administration from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. Her first job with an international advertising agency was a “dream job” – except for one thing, says Brena. “I hated being cooped-up in an office all day. Given any legitimate opportunity, I was out the door. Once I realized this about myself, I decided to earn my real estate license and have never looked back.”

When not working, Brena enjoys spending time with family and friends, often meeting them at one of Houston’s great parks for a walk or run. She also enjoys time at the gym and is an avid reader. Brena and her husband have two adult children, a daughter doing medical residency in New York City and a son attending law school.

Brian started in real estate by building his real estate investment portfolio, and fell in LOVE with real estate along the way. As a former HR executive in the healthcare and oil and gas industries, he found his ability to lead people and projects, and taking great care of clients transitioned beautifully to selling real estate. Brian loves to make sure his clients feel confident he will take amazing care of them and make one of the biggest decisions a person or family can make as easy as possible for them. Brian earned his bachelor's degree from Baylor University and holds an MBA from Rice University. Brian is married to his lovely wife May, and along with their two young boys, enjoy as much family time as possible together.
