About Chae Cho

Chae Cho is a Realtor with Home Smart. As a Houstonian, Chae has knowledge of his way around all parts of the city. After growing up in the Spring Branch area, Chae moved into the Spring Branch area and received a degree in Advertising from the University of Texas in Austin. Chae is not only a Realtor but is licensed as a mortgage loan officer with his own Mortgage Brokerage. With a degree in Advertising and experience as a loan officer, Chae has a detailed knowledge of the financial side of the real estate transaction, which serves buyers and sellers well with any questions they might have.

Chae has a love for helping people become homeowners in the city that he grew up in. Houston has so much to offer its residents and Chae welcomes the opportunity to introduce his clients to home ownership. He and his wife, Suemy, reside in Spring Branch.
