Determined and dedicated, Brena Moglovkin has over 20 years of experience in selling homes. Brena specializes in close-in areas including Bellaire, Meyerland and West University Place and is knowledgeable about a wide range of Houston neighborhoods. She always puts clients first, applying her extensive knowledge of the market and excellent negotiating and communication skills to help exceed expectations.
Ranked among Houston’s top real estate professionals, Brena has been recognized by the Houston Chronicle for her outstanding production. Nominal awards and financial gains are not, however, how Brena uates her professional performance. "My greatest compliment is receiving a referral from someone I've helped. It is how I measure my success," she says. That success is remarkably clear as most of her business is referred by past clients.
Brena loves the diversity each day brings in selling real estate and is ready the challenges that present themselves on a regular basis. “My work is filled with unique properties and clients and I love personalizing my service to best serve them,” she says.
Originally from Gadsden, Alabama, Brena moved to Houston after receiving a bachelor’s in business administration from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. Her first job with an international advertising agency was a “dream job” – except for one thing, says Brena. “I hated being cooped-up in an office all day. Given any legitimate opportunity, I was out the door. Once I realized this about myself, I decided to earn my real estate license and have never looked back.”
When not working, Brena enjoys spending time with family and friends, often meeting them at one of Houston’s great parks for a walk or run. She also enjoys time at the gym and is an avid reader. Brena and her husband have two adult children, a daughter doing medical residency in New York City and a son attending law school.
